Front desk staff was rude, paid for Valet and they were no where to be found several times, bathroom condition was poor, bathroom plugs inoperable, dirty carpet.
Almost nothing. The room was in very bad physical condition! The bathroom baseboards were in terrible condition with a hole in the wall by the shower at the baseboard. BOTH BATHROOM SINKS WOULD NOT DRAIN AT ALL! The couch had a hole in it. The furnishings were old and dirty. The wait to register took about 30 minutes and that was with four employees working the counter. They were spending 10 minutes or so with each guest chit chatting. We booked a room believing we would get a view of the ocean. We did but on the ground floor. When we requested a second floor view, we were told the hotel was fully booked even though the parking lot was barely one third full throughout our stay. The patio itself filthy! The bed’s comforter was so heavy and thick suitable for Alaska, not Southern California. Try a simple blanket!
