The staff were fabulous and the room I upgraded to was lovely
15 Minuten bis ins Herz von Covent Garden, alles letztendlich fußläufig gut zu erreichen - das British Museum vor der Haustüre (inkl. dem Hinweis, dass man durch den Nordeingang schneller reinkommt). Von Heathrow aus mit der Piccadilly Line direkt bis RUSSEL SQUARE, einmal durch den kleinen Park und schon ist man im Hotel. Busstationen alle sehr nah, unkompliziert zu allen Spots kommen. Lage also supertop - und nachts ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, picobello sauber, zwar klein - aber fein. Das Personal ist toll, superfreundlich (lieben Gruß an ABI und seine Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der reception - so zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und professionell!) und in allem schnell. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut, das Frühstück ist gut. Eben british. Das Brot könnte echt besser sein, gute Bäckereien gibt es auch in London ;-)
