I would like to share my experience just recently stayed at the AC hotel in Park city Utah. I needed help multiple times and a young lady named Deja went out of her way to make sure my stay was good twice when she did not have to she took over for other people who not there to drive me to and from multiple places made a reservation for me and drove me to that reservation and then pick me up from that reservation. She truly went out of her way to-make sure my stay was great and it was thank to her you thanks again
As someone who spends 75 to 100 nights a year in hotels, I know what a good property looks like, and this one gets it right. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the location is excellent with restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff. A special shout out to Deja, who was genuinely welcoming and has a natural gift for making guests feel seen. In 2026, when it can feel like real hospitality has become a lost art, she is a great reminder of what it is supposed to look like. She never made you feel like an inconvenience for asking a question, which sadly stands out more than it should these days. This is a property I will gladly return to.
