I got food poisoning and when I tried to buy water they wouldn’t let me buy it on card since they only take cash, so I had to beg them to sell me some expensive water. The room was also not ready when I wanted to check in. And when I had to get a late checkout since I was sick they were really rude and kept knocking at the door to throw me out. They also told me I could not run in the parking lot.
