The hotel is close to the airport...only a 5. To 10 minute ride. There is a shuttle bus that makes it rounds to the airport every 30 minutes. The rooms are fairly large and very comfortable. The bed was firm and I slept well.
Kevin, the manager on duty when we arrived at 8 pm on October 13th, was phenomenal. He clearly (and politely) explained things to us and went above and beyond by providing us with a small discount for parking (which we didn't see was an extra charge of $45). He also provided us with an upgraded room with a King bed. Roxana, in the breakfast buffet area was also very good and attended to us throughout our breakfast. The lady at the front desk on Wednesday, October 14th morning, was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel special.
